Straight from the kitchen of Momma JLE comes this classic; the Tri-Color Jello Explosion! Wow your friends and distant relatives with your incredible cooking abilities and great taste (for food and American glory)! The recipe calls for blue jello, and red jello, topped with whipped cream and mushed together as pictured above (Note: My mother foolishly used Watermelon jello this year instead of cherry… big mistake both in color and deliciousness).

haha, it's quite simple; just go out and buy a pack of "Cherry Jello" (directions on how to make included on every little package), and a pack of "Blue Berry Jello", make them each separately, then purchase any form of whipped cream and literally throw it all together. It's quick, easy, and tasty!
...unless of course you don't have Jello in Hong Kong.
