Movie Preview Review: Blindness
Ali Starzyk EDITOR
Julianne Moore's last attempt at horror movie stardom, that epically forgettable "The Forgotten," seems to have left an unpleasant taste in her mouth, and an embarrassing credit on her resume. Back again to try and reclaim some shred of dignity in a much loved genre comes Blindness, a movie about a world overcome by some illness that causes permanent blindness to those it infects. But aha! Ms. Moore can see! But can she really? Although the movie does seem pretty legit, it also sets itself up for obvious and unfortunate metaphor that may make the movie seem preachy and just plain foolish. But hey, with Danny Glover being billed as "Man with the Black Eye Patch", and Sandra Oh as the "Minister of Health" who knows what the hell is going to come of Fernando Meirelle's October released "Blindness."

hahaha 'epically forgettable'
"Ms Moore can see! But can she really?" haha, good point on it becoming possibly preachy and those billing names are hilarious.
