Movie Preview Review: Angels and Demons

Damn, Tom Hanks needs to try and see what he can do about pulling some sort of a reverse "Big" because he is getting mad old. Perhaps all those years spent on that island with only a volleyball to chat with are finally catching up to him, as they were bound to. (God that movie was so depressing. I actually cried when Wilson, a piece of freaking recreational equipment, floated away into the sunset. Ugh, so embarrassing.) Anyways, I always thought he was a pretty pathetic choice for Professor Langdon (wasn't the character supposed to be attractive?) in the movie adaptions of Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code saga. If I remember the first movie correctly, between his crazy Einstein-esque hair and saggy old man face, Hanks appeared to be more like a strung out homeless guy then a revered professor of codes and whatnot. Fortunately in time for filming Angels and Demons, a much better story in my eyes, someone noticed something was off and had the decency to purchase Mr. Hanks a comb to tame his wild locks. Hopefully this an indication of good things to come and Angels and Demons won't be as much of a disappointment as its predecessor. Oh, and bring back Paul Bettany and Sir Ian McKellen. They were freakin' awesome.

I hope it will be better, too. It should be... I enjoyed this book MUCH more than The Da Vinci Code. And Alli, your boys Ian and Paul probably won't be in it considering their characters weren't in the book. But I share your sentiments, they were awesome.

COOL! Previews! It's like the best part of going to see the movie minus paying 10 dollars and sitting through 2 hours of a crappy movie!
