The title will have "Batman" in it...plus the Penguin was originally in consideration as a villain for the Dark Night, but the powers that be decided on Two-Face instead. So I would be surprised to see him. Maybe they will come up with an original villain...or one that was less common in the comic. There were a bunch. By the way, I would love to see Johnny Depp play a villain. Stereotypical? Maybe. Do I think people will care?
