The product will mangle your wma files.  When you contact support they will tell you that it doesn\u0026#39;t affect WMA, and only works on mp3 dispite literature on their website.  Support is slow to respond and generally not at all, then they respond with an e-mail stating that it doesn\u0026#39;t work on wma files and will not touch them dispite the fact that I have now over 2000 files that no longer play when they only act I did was open them in fixtunes.  I paid for the product and am now considering starting a civil suit against the company with several others I have contacted.  If they do not post a fix and publicly acknowledge that their software does in fact mangle the wma, future posts will soon be found all over the web and to the BBB in order that all people that got burned can band together and stop this type of criminal activity.
